Well, it has expanded. 2 Scorpions, 5 Swarms, a Screaming Skull Catapult, an Icon Bearer, a Tomb King, and a Liche Priest with a nice Casket Of Souls proxy.

If it's any consolation my brother is 100% in your camp about this. I just figure given the source I cited I'd lean that way, but Gav was indeed the author of the Hordes book so he shouldn't be discounted out of hand. It could also be he was given a stern talking to for taking the Chaos book too far...

It's one of those things where there's conflicting rules statements in the book itself, which is part of the problem.

The best bet is find whatever faction matches as far as equipment and the like and fudge the lines from there. That's honestly the only reason I never really dipped into Mordheim too heavily. That, and being a pick up gamer primarily. I'm looking forward to updates once you're in full swing, though.

What I remember most about Mordheim back in the day was how difficult it was to keep people in the league. Attention spans seem to be a major issue with gaming clubs, and protracted campaigns always seem to fall flat.
